We're looking for experienced Section Waiters to join our front of house team at Mission Restaurant, located within the beautiful and historic Mission Estate Winery.

We're a busy, well-established restaurant with a passion for quality food, great wine and exceptional service. Our approach is professional yet relaxed, and we believe great hospitality comes from genuine warmth, attention to detail and a little personality.

About the role

You'll confidently manage your own section, ensuring guests enjoy attentive, knowledgeable and seamless service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own section during busy lunch and dinner services
• Providing warm, professional and engaging service
• Sharing your food and wine knowledge with guests
• Working closely with our kitchen and front of house teams
• Maintaining high service standards and attention to detail
• Assisting with weddings, functions and special events

About you

We're looking for people who know their way around a busy restaurant, take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy hospitality.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant
• Confidence managing your own section independently
• Good food and beverage knowledge, with wine experience preferred
• A friendly, personable approach and excellent communication skills
• The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
• A positive attitude, reliability and a strong team spirit
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
