Experienced Senior Loan Processor

Turbo Home Loans is hiring two experienced Senior Loan Processors for our Wilton Manors office. We operate a mortgage brokerage within an integrated real estate, lending, and title platform. Our purchase-focused model combines company-generated opportunities, an in-house real estate team, seven-day ISA and operational support, and a coordinated closing process.

You will work directly with loan officers, borrowers, lenders, transaction managers, and title professionals. We need experienced processors who can manage a pipeline independently, prepare complete submissions, clear conditions efficiently, and keep everyone informed.

What you will do

• Manage mortgage files from processing handoff through underwriting, clear-to-close, and funding coordination. Review applications, credit reports, income, assets, contracts, and supporting documentation for completeness and consistency. Identify missing information and potential underwriting issues before submission. Prepare organized loan submissions tailored to lender and program requirements. Obtain borrower documents and coordinate verifications, appraisals, insurance, title, and other file requirements. Review underwriting conditions, communicate clear requests, and submit complete responses. Work with loan officers and underwriters to resolve file issues. Track contract dates, financing deadlines, rate-lock expirations, and closing milestones. Maintain accurate records and timely updates in Arrive LOS and applicable lender portals. Coordinate with the disclosure and closing teams to keep files moving. Provide proactive updates and escalate obstacles before they threaten closing.

What you bring:

Substantial recent experience processing residential mortgage loans. Mortgage broker-channel experience and familiarity with multiple wholesale lenders. Strong working knowledge of conventional, FHA, and VA files. Experience with jumbo, down-payment assistance, bank statement, or DSCR programs is a plus. Ability to review income and asset documentation, recognize inconsistencies, and prepare thorough submissions. Experience clearing underwriting conditions and managing purchase deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize an active pipeline. Clear, professional communication with borrowers and transaction partners. Arrive LOS experience preferred. Ability to report to our Wilton Manors office every workday

Pay: $55,789.35 - $67,187.18 per year
