Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Server and Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages in a lively, fast-paced environment. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest satisfaction is maximized.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills to maintain smooth service flow.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales while providing detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
• Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed, providing top-tier customer service in diverse settings.
• Monitor guest reactions and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during busy hours or special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a server and bartender in a high-volume restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate bill calculation.
• Experience with brewing or beverage preparation is a plus for enhancing guest experiences at bar stations.
• Knowledge of catering operations and banquet service is desirable for supporting large events.
