TerraSole Ristorante, an award-winning upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of Ridgefield, CT, is seeking experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers and Bartenders to join our team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment.

Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and menu offerings.
• Confidently explain daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Make thoughtful recommendations and effectively upsell menu items, wines, and cocktails.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly prepared dining room or bar.
• Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
• Follow all restaurant service standards, opening and closing procedures, and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and professionally address concerns.
• Bartenders must prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and attention to presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale, high-volume, or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and Italian cuisine is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred.

Availability Requirements

• Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.
• Must be available to work major restaurant holidays, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.
