Motorino Pizzeria in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, is looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Server / Bartender to join our team!

We are seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, professional, and capable of creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Provide attentive, efficient, and professional table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Handle busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as both a server and bartender is a must.
• Valid NYC Food Protection Certificate issued by the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is required.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, respectful, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday.
• Commitment to arriving on time and consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts.
