Now, we're bringing a bold new Coastal Hellenic concept to Wilmington, and we're looking for a Chef de Cuisine to help bring it to life.

The Role: Server

Giorgios Hospitality Group is looking for warm, polished, and professional Servers to join the front-of-house team at one of our Wilmington concepts. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences and delivering elevated, attentive service.

Recommended Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience, fine dining or upscale casual preferred
• Strong menu, wine, and cocktail knowledge (or eagerness to learn)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during high-volume service

General Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests through the dining experience with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage program to make informed recommendations
• Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns during the meal
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, well-timed service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Uphold all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
• Represent the concept's brand and hospitality standards with every guest interaction
