Bourbon & Bobbers Saloon – Sherrills Ford, NC

Bourbon & Bobbers Saloon is looking for an experienced, dependable, and personable Server to join our growing team. With our Smokehouse expected to open in about two weeks, we are preparing for increased business and are looking for someone who can jump in, work hard, and be part of a fast-paced team.

OPEN AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED

Applicants must be available for a flexible schedule, including:

• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Morning/day shifts
• Evening/night shifts
• Busy weekends and events
• A combination of opening and closing shifts as scheduled

This position is best suited for someone who has genuinely flexible availability. Please do not apply if you are only available for mornings, only nights, or only certain days of the week.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who understands that great restaurant service is a team sport. Our servers are expected to help one another and contribute wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

The right candidate will be:

• Experienced in restaurant serving
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable
• Comfortable talking with and taking care of a wide variety of guests
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A strong team player who gets along well with coworkers
• Willing to run food, pre-bus/bus tables, clean, restock, complete side work, and perform normal server duties and closing/opening chores
• Able to take direction and communicate well with both front- and back-of-house staff
• Willing to step in and help

Physical Requirements

Our kitchen is located downstairs, so servers regularly travel between floors throughout their shifts. Applicants must be physically able to walk up and down stairs repeatedly while carrying food, trays, dishes, and other restaurant items, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.

Bourbon & Bobbers Saloon is a restaurant, bar, and entertainment venue in Sherrills Ford offering great food, drinks, live music, weekly entertainment, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. With the upcoming opening of our Smokehouse, we are preparing for higher guest volume and continuing to build a strong service team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys people, takes pride in giving great service, and understands that when the restaurant gets busy, everyone works together.

Experience and open availability are required.
