About the Role

Bottoms Up Restaurant & Pub is looking to add experienced, high-level servers to our existing team. We are looking for hospitality professionals who know how to move fast, stay polished, and deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, professional table service that reflects the Bottoms Up standard on every shift
• Guide guests through the menu, specials, cocktails, wine, and dining experience with confidence and accuracy
• Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment while maintaining timing, organization, and composure
• Communicate clearly with guests, managers, kitchen, bar, hosts, and support staff throughout service
• Maintain clean, complete, and properly reset tables, service areas, and guest-facing spaces
• Handle guest needs, special requests, and service issues with professionalism and urgency
• Support private events, high-volume shifts, and team service standards as needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced fine dining or upscale restaurant environment required
• High-level service mindset with strong attention to detail, timing, and guest experience
• Ability to handle high-volume service without losing professionalism or composure
• Strong knowledge of steps of service, table maintenance, check presentation, and hospitality standards
• Wine, cocktail, and menu knowledge preferred
• Reliable, polished, team-oriented, and able to take direction well
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic every shift
