Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and experienced Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team! As an Experienced Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a vibrant personality. Your role is vital in creating memorable dining moments, ensuring smooth operations, and driving sales through upselling and guest engagement. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Ambit, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Provide expert recommendations on wine, spirits, cocktails, and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales through upselling techniques like OpenTable reservations or drink specials
• Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transaction management
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a welcoming environment
• Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly

Experience

• Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment with a strong focus on customer service
• Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Ambit is a plus
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques preferred
• Strong understanding of wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service standards
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Previous experience in nightlife venues or nightclubs is advantageous for dynamic service environments
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in sales transactions processing
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures

Pay: From $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
