Experienced Service Advisor

Carolina Volkswagen is looking to add experienced Service Advisor professional to its staff. We are looking to expand our Service department. Responsibilities:

• Be able to consult with clients to identify primary concerns & complaints with vehicles.
• Identifying & recommending other needed maintenance & repairs including dings & dents, wheel repairs, body shop & detail services.
• Generate Repair Orders, then track and close Repair Orders upon completion.
• Prepare estimates following the State Estimate Law and Dealership documentation requirements.
• Assist Service Manager to coordinate vehicle repairs based on time estimates, parts availability and skill levels.
• Must be proficient with computer programs, like Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn quickly. ADP experience is preferred.
• Possess above average interpersonal communication skills and selling ability.
• Applicant must be friendly, flexible and tolerant with both external and internal clients.

Our Service Department is fast paced and strongly focused on customer satisfaction. In order to be successful here, you must have excellent communication skills, you must be very organized and you must be able to sell.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of computers and various programs
• Valid Driver’s License
• Professional Appearance
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements.
