Experienced Service Electrician

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Service Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electrical systems across Residential and Commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure all work complies with safety standards, local electrical codes, and industry regulations. Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair iresidential and commercial electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage controls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute wiring and system layouts.
• Diagnose complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as voltage meters and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently.
• Perform electrical wiring in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.
• Work on high-voltage electrical wiring projects, including commercial electrical systems and utility service entrances.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installation and repair tasks safely and effectively.
• Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously while working on construction sites or renovation projects to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to plan installations or repairs aligned with project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards in all aspects of electrical work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong background in residential electrical systems.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance standards, NEC regulations, and local electrical codes.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as circuit tracers and voltage meters.
• Experience working on overhead and underground services and standby generators.
• Skilled in high-voltage electrical wiring, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and electrical wiring installation.
• Hands-on experience with construction site work, renovation projects, or ongoing service maintenance.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, testing devices like ohmmeters, and other essential equipment for electrical work.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures to ensure safe working environments at all times.
• Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues efficiently.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
