Kessler Sign Company is growing our installation team, and we're looking for experienced, mechanically skilled professionals who take pride in their work.

We design, manufacture, and install custom commercial signage for businesses and organizations throughout Ohio and beyond. From illuminated building signs and large monument signs to digital displays and custom architectural projects, no two days are exactly alike.

You don't necessarily need sign installation experience. If you have a strong background in construction, electrical work, welding, equipment operation, or another skilled trade, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

• Install commercial building signs, channel letters, monument signs, digital displays, and specialty signage.
• Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other installation equipment when trained and authorized.
• Read drawings, take measurements, and solve installation challenges in the field.
• Work alongside experienced installers on a wide variety of commercial projects.
• Represent Kessler professionally at customer locations.
• Follow established jobsite safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial construction, installation, welding, electrical work, equipment operation, or a similar trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to work safely with tools, equipment, and installation materials.
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work effectively with a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable driving requirements.
• CDL, crane experience, and previous sign installation experience are advantages, but not required.

Location: Primarily reporting to our Zanesville facility. Travel to customer jobsites is required, with occasional overnight travel depending on project needs.
