OHS is looking for an experienced, high-performing Solar Sales Closer with a proven track record of converting qualified homeowner appointments into completed solar projects.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced closer who can step in and produce immediately.

What We're Looking For

• Proven high solar closing rate
• Strong in-home closing experience
• Experience using Solo for proposals and designs
• Experience with Palmetto and submitting solar projects
• Strong understanding of qualification, documentation, project submission, and follow-through
• Professional and confident homeowner presentation skills
• Organized and comfortable following a structured sales process
• Strong communication and follow-up
