The Role

You’ll be working within a tight-knit team delivering high-quality solar installations across New Plymouth and surrounding regions.

• Residential and commercial solar installs
• Service and maintenance work
• Working closely with your team to deliver clean, efficient installs
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism on-site with customers

What We’re Looking For

• NZ Qualified Registered Electrician (MPG endorsement preferred but not essential)
• Solar experience preferred but not required
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence
• Ability to run jobs independently and lead apprentices
• Willingness to travel when required (all expenses covered)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused
• Great communication skills with both team and customers

Bonus (but not essential):

• First Aid
• Working at Heights / Harness certification
• Experience in both residential and commercial work
