Experienced Solicitor or Conveyancer

About the role

This person will manage end-to-end residential and commercial property transactions, including contract reviews, preparation of legal documents, and coordination of settlements. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a range of property matters.

We are looking for someone who is wanting to be part of building a great business with us and someone who genuinely cares for clients and is interested in the property/conveyancing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential and commercial property transactions
• Conduct contract reviews and prepare legal documents
• Coordinate settlements
• Advise clients on their legal obligations
• Liaise with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislations
• Communicate clearly with clients to keep them informed throughout the process

About you

• 3+ years practical experience in running conveyancing files
• Strong knowledge in Conveyancing or Property Law
• Confident and proficient in completing contract reviews
• Ability to run a variety of VIC matters including residential sales, purchases and transfers
• Experience with managing Commercial matters or Leases is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts in clear, accessible language
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage high volume
• Experience with legal practice management software (we use TriConvey)
• NSW Conveyancing experience is highly regarded

WFH will be available up to 2 days per week (after probation)
