About the role Due to continued project growth, they’re looking for an experienced Structural Technician who can work autonomously and contribute at a senior level.

You’ll be involved in delivering detailed structural documentation on significant builds (not small-scale residential). The team uses Revit properly and efficiently, so this is a strong development opportunity if you want to sharpen your technical capability within a well-structured BIM environment.

This role will suit someone confident, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of their documentation packages.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural documentation using Revit
• Coordinate models with engineers and external consultants

What you will need

• 4–5+ years’ experience as a Structural Technician
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Experience on large-scale commercial or multi-storey projects
