Whether you specialize in lived-in layers, modern bobs, textured shags, precision cuts, dimensional color, blonding, balayage, or transformative makeovers, we’re looking for a stylist who combines technical excellence with an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customized haircuts, color services, and blonding transformations tailored to each client’s face shape, lifestyle, and goals
• Perform detailed consultations and recommend styles, colors, and techniques that enhance each guest’s natural features
• Create beautiful, dimensional color results including lived-in color, highlights, blonding services, and customized transformations
• Educate clients on maintenance routines, styling techniques, and product recommendations
• Stay current with the latest cutting, coloring, and blonding trends and techniques
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and personalized experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active cosmetology license
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong haircutting and color portfolio
• Advanced knowledge of modern cutting, coloring, and blonding techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
