Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment.
• Must be firm, responsible, and disciplined, with the ability to effectively supervise staff and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to monitor staff performance and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with service standards and hygiene protocols.
• Lead, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor staff performance, provide real-time feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and control waste to meet budget targets.
