About the role

TEGAS BIMBING KENCANA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our surveying team in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our construction operations, ensuring accurate land measurement and mapping for various development projects. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise surveys, gathering spatial data, and producing detailed technical drawings that form the foundation for construction planning and execution. This position is vital to maintaining our commitment to accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive land surveys using modern surveying equipment and instruments, including theodolites, levels, and GPS technology
• Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and reference points for construction sites
• Measure distances, angles, elevations, and other spatial data to create accurate site maps and technical drawings
• Perform boundary surveys and property line identification to ensure legal compliance and property demarcation
• Analyse survey data and utilise CAD software to produce detailed topographical and construction drawings
• Identify potential obstacles, utilities, and environmental features that may impact construction projects
• Maintain comprehensive survey records, documentation, and field notes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure survey accuracy and project alignment
• Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments for new development projects
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian surveying standards and professional codes of conduct

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in surveying within Industrial Building And Equipment Foundation.

• Proficiency in operating surveying instruments and equipment, including GPS, total stations, and levels. Instruments and equipment will be provided by employer.

• Strong competency in CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) for producing technical drawings and site plans

• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to liaise effectively with project stakeholders

• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
