Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Associate Sales Application Engineer to serve as the key technical bridge between our products, sales teams, and global clients. You will provide critical technical support, prepare custom quotes, and help drive revenue growth across key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: Provide timely technical recommendations and generate accurate product catalog or custom quotations for client inquiries.
• Client & Order Management: Coordinate orders from inquiry to shipment while building strong relationships with global clients, channel partners, and internal engineering teams.
• Business Growth: Assist in identifying sales opportunities and supporting revenue-generating strategies.

Candidate Qualifications

Required Baseline:

• Education / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR at least 2+ years of experience in technical sales and customer support for similar industrial products.
• Core Focus: Strong background or specialization in Sales.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Industry Experience: 5+ years in Sales Support or Customer Service within a manufacturing setup.

• Niche Sector Expertise: Prior pre-sales or sales engineering experience in any of the following fields is a major plus:

  • Power Generation (Gas Turbines, Gas Powerplants, etc.)
  • Semiconductor (Wafer Production, etc.)
  • Heat Treatment / Furnace Industry
