EXPERIENCED TELEMARKETER

Hybrid Setup | North Caloocan / Near Amparo

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Flexible Schedule

Full-Time

₱18,000–₱20,000 Basic Pay + Commission

We are looking for an Experienced Telemarketer who can confidently handle outbound calls, communicate with corporate Decision-Makers, generate qualified leads, and consistently achieve performance targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct outbound calls and connect with qualified Decision-Makers

* Present company services professionally and qualify prospects

* Handle gatekeepers, objections, and follow-ups effectively

* Generate qualified leads and meet performance targets

* Maintain accurate CRM and call records

QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree

* At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Outbound Sales, BPO Sales, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, or related experience preferred

* Strong English communication and telephone skills

* Confident dealing with corporate executives and Decision-Makers

* Results-oriented, coachable, and comfortable working with KPIs

* Familiarity with CRM, dialers, or lead management tools is an advantage

HYBRID WORK REQUIREMENTS

For WFH days, applicants must have:

* Reliable internet connection

* Working laptop or desktop

* Quality headset with microphone

* Quiet and professional calling environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Basic Salary: ₱18,000–₱20,000/month

Final salary will depend on experience, communication assessment, and demonstrated telemarketing ability.
