Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Contacting: Actively calling prospective clients to introduce products or services, present promotional offers, and spark initial interest.

Inbound Inquiry Handling: Answering incoming calls triggered by advertising, answering questions, providing relevant information, and guiding callers toward a purchase.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Screening prospects against criteria (budget, need) and scheduling follow-up meetings for clients.

Sales Closing & Order Processing: Closing direct transactions over the phone, and accurately record payment, customer information, or order details.

CRM Data Management and Record keeping: Recording call outcomes, updating contact information, and logging detailed interaction notes and sales activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases.

Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport, provide exceptional service, and nurture long-term trust.

Ask probing questions to identify genuine sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

Deliver tailored pitches to explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

Conduct surveys or gather feedback to inform marketing and product strategies.
