My Dentist Canberra is a welcoming, modern practice delivering high-quality general, cosmetic, implant and surgical dentistry. We’re looking for an engaging and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our small, supportive team.

This is a rewarding patient-facing role that combines relationship-building, communication and commercial awareness. You’ll help patients understand their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions and move smoothly through their treatment journey.

About you

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships and helping people feel comfortable. You’ll also bring:

• Experience in treatment coordination, dentistry, healthcare, consultative sales or another high-value client-facing role
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Confidence discussing treatment options, costs and payment solutions
• A positive, results-focused approach
• The ability to understand patient concerns and identify helpful solutions
• Professional communication and presentation
• Openness to feedback, coaching and continuous development

Key responsibilities

• Build trust and authentic relationships with patients
• Understand each patient’s needs, goals and concerns
• Clearly explain treatment recommendations and next steps
• Discuss costs, payment options and available financing
• Prepare personalised treatment information and resources
• Support patients through informed treatment decisions
• Coordinate a smooth handover to the scheduling team
• Maintain accurate records and consistent follow-up
