How You Will Make An Impact

• Perform high-standard tree climbing, roping, and rigging procedures across diverse field projects.
• Operate specialized equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, and skid steers safely.
• Direct daily jobsite safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for your crew.
• Coordinate with crew leadership to execute tree care projects efficiently and stay on schedule.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal operating condition through routine checks and maintenance.
• Keep jobsites clean, secure, and organized throughout all phases of project completion.
• Represent the company with a high level of professionalism while serving residential and commercial clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in professional tree care operations, climbing & roping techniques.
• Strong functional knowledge of climbing, roping, rigging, and safe tool operation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as spider lifts, bucket trucks, and skid steers safely.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures, personal protective equipment usage, and team communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience leading field crews or acting as a foreman in tree removal operations.
• Advanced certifications in safety and equipment operation, including OSHA or fall protection.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail during complex rigging scenarios.
