We're a 15-year South Jersey tree and property company that takes on the jobs other companies walk away from: crane removals, tight-access takedowns, and overgrown properties. We are hiring experienced personnel only. Proven experience is required for every position. Please do not apply without it.

1. Crane Operator: Knuckle Boom Grapple Saw Truck | $35–$45/hr

Run our Powerfinger knuckle boom grapple saw truck on residential and commercial removals.

• Proven knuckle boom or grapple saw experience in tree work (required)
• Valid CDL (required)
• Strong rigging knowledge and a clean safety record
• Able to set up safely in tight residential spaces
• NCCCO certification preferred

2. Tree Climber / Bucket & Spider Lift Operator | $32–$45/hr

Climb and run aerial lifts on removals and pruning.

• 3+ years of professional climbing and removal experience (required)
• Experience on a bucket truck and/or tracked spider lift (required)
• Skilled at rigging and roping down wood
• Strong chainsaw skills and safe cutting practices
• ISA or TCIA credentials are a plus

3. Tree Crew Foreman | $30–$42/hr

Lead the crew on site and own the job from setup to cleanup.

• 5+ years of tree work, including 2+ years leading a crew (required)
• Runs a safe, efficient, organized job site
• Communicates clearly with clients and the office
• Reads a job, plans the work, and keeps the crew moving
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
