Lateral Link is working with a highly successful, market-leading litigation boutique in Houston seeking an experienced litigator to join its growing team.

The firm has built a nationally recognized practice in a specialized area of litigation and is considered a leader in its field. While the practice itself is unique, the firm is open to attorneys from a variety of litigation backgrounds, including commercial litigation, insurance litigation, medical malpractice, and other sophisticated disputes. Prior experience in the firm’s specific practice area is not required .

The ideal candidate is a senior associate or junior partner (7-15 years) with significant hands-on litigation experience who is comfortable independently managing a docket, developing case strategy, taking and defending depositions, and supervising a team. The firm is looking for a true litigator who can step in, take ownership of a portfolio of cases, and lead matters without needing to be trained on the fundamentals of litigation.
