Key Responsibilities

• Assemble cut lumber and materials into high-quality floor and roof trusses according to specifications.
• Position and hammer plates, stack finished products, and handle banding/marking materials.
• Learn our end-to-end production process to eventually guide, mentor, and lead team members on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace.

What We Are Looking For

• Reliability: You are dependable, show up on time, and take pride in your work.
• Leadership Drive: You want to learn the ropes and take charge of a crew down the line.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift lumber, handle power tools, and work a fast-paced manufacturing day shift.
• Experience (required): Previous experience in truss assembly, carpentry, framing, or general construction is a requirement, but we will train the right attitude!

Day Shift: 6:30am-4:30pm Monday thru Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
