About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing software development team in Peshawar.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and engaging digital experiences across our software products. You will work closely with Business Owner, Software Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to transform business requirements and user needs into high-quality product experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine strong UX thinking, visual design skills, attention to detail, and practical knowledge of software development. You should be comfortable taking ownership of design projects from initial concepts and user flows through to final designs and implementation.

This is a fully office-based position in Peshawar, and the successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the wider product and engineering teams on campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and software applications.
• Understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, information architecture, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in product discovery, requirements gathering, and design discussions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI libraries, and design guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to internal stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure designs are accurately translated into working products.
• Review implemented features and identify UI/UX issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Use customer feedback, product analytics, and usability findings to continuously improve the user experience.
• Identify complex user and business problems and develop simple, practical design solutions.
• Maintain design documentation and specifications for development teams.
• Help establish and improve the company's UI/UX design processes and standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably within a software development or technology company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional UI/UX work.
• Proven experience designing web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, enterprise software, or mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent professional design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI patterns.
• Experience creating or working with design systems and component libraries.
• Good understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
• Ability to work effectively with software developers and understand technical limitations and possibilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced software environment.

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, ERP, CRM, fintech, healthcare, or other complex software products.
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing.
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.
