Duties

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including those with manual transmissions and parking requirements
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Assist guests with valet services, including opening doors and offering directions or assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, inventory, and parking logs
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles on-site
• Support dealership or facility operations by delivering vehicles within the premises or to designated locations

Skills

• Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations when necessary
• Knowledge of parking regulations and dealership procedures is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in retail cashiering enhances your suitability for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
