Reporting to the Group General Manager, this senior leadership role drives standards, optimises guest experience and owns the venue P+L.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall operations and strategic growth of Merewether Surfhouse
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and meet financial targets
- Drive standards and optimise guest experience
- Own the venue P+L
- Champion staff wellness
- Foster strong brand partnerships
- Drive special events and activations to boost business
- Oversee assistant managers
- Ensure departmental goals, hiring, training, and performance targets are met
- Collaborate across teams to develop and maintain the venue's reputation and profitability
