We believe great medicine starts with happy, supported people, and we're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant (Level 2–3) to join our crew!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll have the opportunity to put your technical skills to work across a variety of cases, including:

• Patient Care: Venipuncture, IV catheter placement, medication administration, nursing care, and patient monitoring
• Anesthesia & Surgery: Surgical preparation, anesthetic monitoring, patient recovery, and assisting with procedures
• Dentistry: Dental cleanings, full-mouth dental radiographs, and charting
• Diagnostics: Digital radiography, in-house laboratory testing, and sample collection
• Client Education: Communicating treatment plans, estimates, and preventative care recommendations
• Teamwork: Maintaining accurate medical records, keeping our hospital organized, and helping teammates when needed

Responsibilities will be based on experience, demonstrated competency, and applicable California regulations.

• Has solid technical skills and hands-on veterinary experience
• Is confident with blood draws, patient handling, and nursing care
• Has experience with anesthesia, dentistry, and surgery
• Thinks critically, takes initiative, and enjoys learning
• Communicates with compassion, professionalism, and a little humor
• Is dependable, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Values teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
