Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our fast-paced veterinary hospital. This role is essential in driving daily hospital flow, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting the efficiency of the veterinary medical team. The ideal candidate is confident, highly organized, and able to multitask in a busy clinical environment while maintaining a warm and professional presence.

Responsibilities

Client Communication & Scheduling

• Answer incoming calls promptly with a professional, friendly tone
• Schedule and manage appointments to support efficient hospital flow
• Use the practice management system accurately and efficiently
• Handle high call volume while maintaining attention to detail
• Promote hospital services and support new client acquisition

Front Desk & Client Experience

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person and by phone
• Manage client and patient flow through the hospital
• Assist clients entering and exiting exam rooms as needed
• Process payments and verify transactions accurately
• Maintain up-to-date client and patient records
• Coordinate prescription refills and communications

Clinical Team Support

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in obtaining patient histories
• Provide basic animal restraint support when needed
• Communicate client education as directed by the medical team
• Support smooth communication between clients and clinical staff

What We’re Looking For

• Previous veterinary CSR experience required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with practice management systems preferred
• Strong teamwork and client service mindset
• Ability and willingness to cross-train in Veterinary Assistant I responsibilities is a plus

Compensation range reflects varying experience and skill levels. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant veterinary experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
