You will work closely with doctors, patients, and clinic staff in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment. Your daily work may include patient coordination, administrative support, and clinical documentation tasks that directly contribute to patient care delivery.

💼 What Your Day Will Look Like

You may be responsible for:

• Managing patient scheduling, appointments, surgeries, and procedures
• Handling prescription refills and medication coordination
• Performing insurance verification and medical billing support
• Maintaining and updating accurate patient medical records
• Supporting telehealth consultations and virtual care coordination
• Serving as a key point of communication between patients, families, and medical staff
• Providing general administrative and operational support to your assigned clinic or provider

• Full-time night shift role
• Work-from-home setup (applicable only to NCR, Cebu, and Davao-based candidates)
• Full IT and Account Supervisor support

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of BS Nursing or any Allied Health course (Registered or Underboard)
• Strong background in BPO healthcare account or clinical/hospital setting
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working on a fixed night shift schedule
