Experienced Waiter/ Restaurant Manager

Lasani is seeking dedicated front of house team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests

AVAILABILITY: FULL TIME (LONG TERM)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner

• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations when requested

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience

• Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the dining experience

• Assist in basic food preparation tasks when required

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Manage multiple tables while providing attentive guest services

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

Experience

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues

• Knowledge of basic maths for order processing and bill calculations

• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food preparation and service

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment

• Understanding of culinary techniques and menu items
