Part-time / Permanent | 25–30+ hours per week

BONO Bangor by the Sea is looking for an experienced waiter/waitress to join our busy café team.

We're looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, genuinely enjoys dealing with customers and can hit the ground running.

This is not an entry-level position, so previous waiting experience is essential. The role will include taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, making and serving coffees, clearing and resetting tables, processing payments, keeping front-of-house areas clean and organised, and working closely with both the FOH and kitchen teams during busy services.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a café, restaurant or similar hospitality setting
• Confident and friendly customer service
• Able to work efficiently under pressure Reliable with good timekeeping
• Comfortable taking responsibility and using initiative
• Able to work well as part of a small team
• Barista/manual coffee machine experience preferred
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is essential

What we offer

Approximately 25–30+ hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on business needs.

BONO is primarily a daytime café, so there are no regular late-night shifts, making this a great hospitality role for someone who wants more sociable working hours.
