Coming this November, Noẽma is the latest restaurant from Lucas Collective. Bringing a fresh take on contemporary Greek dining to Melbourne’s CBD, on Bourke Street. We’re building the team from the ground up, creating a new culture and guest experience from day one. What you can expect:

• One-on-one interview with management
• Skills assessment (3-plate carry)
• Must be available to attend on the 23rd September at 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm

We’re looking for people who have:

• Waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
• Ability to carry 3 plate
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
• RSA or ability to obtain one
