Experienced Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator

$19–$21/hour starting pay Monday–Friday Day Shift No Weekends, Minimal Overtime

Join our small warehouse team in Ontario, CA for a full-time role with a consistent weekday schedule and a variety of hands-on responsibilities.

About 35% of the role is forklift operation. The rest covers shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, returns processing, and warehouse organization. We value safe work, dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts; move and organize pallets.
• Pick, pack, palletize, stretch-wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive and unload incoming containers; verify quantities and record inventory.
• Keep pallet labels and label quantities accurate.
• Inspect, do basic refurbishment on, repackage, and process returns; enter data accurately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized, and help with other warehouse tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of stand-up and sit-down forklift experience (Crown experience preferred).
• 1+ year of experience safely double-stacking pallets.
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Experience with basic returns refurbishment and repackaging is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, works with urgency, and can handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail, basic computer skills, and accurate data entry.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and good organization and time management.
• Able to work independently, communicate well with a small team, and learn new tasks.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
