Position Summary

ArdentX, LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Jacksonville warehouse. This position is responsible for managing warehouse personnel, scheduling labor, directing inbound and outbound activity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

This is a working leadership position. The supervisor must be comfortable supporting warehouse activities and operating a forklift when necessary, while remaining primarily responsible for managing the staff and overall operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, train, and direct warehouse employees.
• Assign daily work and monitor safety, productivity, attendance, and accuracy.
• Manage receiving, storage, inventory, order preparation, and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with customers and motor carriers.
• Maintain accurate inventory through the warehouse management system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, product damage, and shipping issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
• Enforce company procedures and customer-specific requirements.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and corrective direction.
• Operate a forklift and assist with warehouse activities when operationally necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisor or warehouse manager experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing warehouse employees and daily operations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification or verifiable forklift experience is required.
• Forklift trainer certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment.
