Your Task

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced professional who speaks English with confidence to join the Hungarian team working on projects for Deutsche Telekom MMS GmbH. The aim of the project is to provide a high quality digital customer experience and to develop modern infrastructures, providing the necessary professional knowledge. This position involves working in an agile environment and using language skills in everyday communication.

You will join an experienced international team where you can participate in the development of modern artificial intelligence-based solutions. During the position, you will work on the design and development of complex AI applications, chatbots and LLM-based systems in cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Development of complex AI solutions for clients (chatbots, service bots, LLM-based applications)
• Development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions with Python/LangChain or Java/Spring AI technologies
• Integrating open source LLMs into client systems in cloud and on-premise environments (using Kubernetes)
• Designing, developing and preparing AI applications for operation
• Cooperation with international development teams and colleagues in Germany
• Remote work with modern collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams), with occasional travel

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with extensive expertise in developing complex AI applications, chatbots, and LLM-based systems. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python or Java, practical experience with RAG solutions, and proficiency in working with cloud and on-premise environments. Excellent English communication skills and experience with international collaboration are essential.

Must Have Skills

• Years of experience in developing AI applications and enterprise software
• High level Python knowledge or Java/Spring AI development experience
• Practical experience in the development of LLM and RAG solutions (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith or Spring AI)
• Confident knowledge of LLM APIs
• Confident knowledge of prompt engineering
• Confident knowledge of embeddings
• Confident knowledge of semantic search
• Confident knowledge of data loading processes
• Confident knowledge of model integration
• Experience using relational and vector databases, especially in PostgreSQL and pgvector environments
• Practice in agent-based systems
• Practice in tool calling
• Practice in MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Practice in multi-agent architectures
• Knowledge of security, data protection, and compliance
• Knowledge of monitoring and production operations
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English at C1 level

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API or other cloud AI platforms
• Practical knowledge in Docker
