Expert Aseptic Research无菌专家（工艺验证）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责:

• Develop and validate novel aseptic concepts and technologies to address emerging consumer trends, new product categories, and sustainability drivers. Establishing the scientific foundation for new specifications, standards, and validation protocols.

开发和验证新型无菌概念与技术，以应对新兴的消费趋势、新产品类别和可持续性驱动力。为新的规格、标准和验证方案建立科学基础

• Lead fundamental and applied research in microbial inactivation, sterilization methods and aseptic system integrity.

主导微生物灭活、灭菌方法及无菌系统完整性方面的基础与应用研究。

• Provide deep technical expertise to support filling system development, trouble-shoot complex challenges, and mentor R&D team members. 提供精深的技术专长，以支持灌装系统开发、复杂问题的故障排除，并为研发团队成员提供指导。
• Provide aseptic support in commissioning of filling system and deep technical expertise to support trouble-shoot complex challenges.

在灌装系统的调试过程中提供无菌技术支持，并以深入的技术专长协助解决复杂的故障排除挑战。

• Provide mentorship junior R&D Aseptic team members. 为研发无菌团队的年轻成员提供指导。

任职资格:

• University degree or equivalent. Master or above degree in microbiology, or related field.

微生物学或相关专业硕士或以上学历

• Minimal 5 years aseptic or applied operational microbiologist experience in an international company in similar function. Familiar with aseptic validation process.

至少5年在国际公司从事类似工作的无菌或应用微生物学经验。熟悉无菌验证流程。

• R&D background would be preferred.

有研发背景者优先。

• English Independent User; Excellent command of speaking, reading and writing English.
