Expert Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals to drive strategic growth through high-value partnerships and corporate accounts. This role is suited for someone with a strong track record in business development, strategic sales, and relationship management at a senior level, ideally with an established network within major corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue high-value partnerships and corporate accounts
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and potential business partners
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with major corporate clients
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform business strategy

About you

• 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in business development, strategic sales, partnerships, or key account management
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and business growth
• Strong experience handling high-value corporate accounts and strategic partnerships
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and commercial skills
• Established network of corporate decision-makers preferred
• Deep experience in media, advertising, real estate, or property industries preferred
• Background working with major corporations such as Ayala, SM, Rockwell, or Megaworld is an advantage
