Expert Card and Digital Payments

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Expert Card and Digital Payments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates business process related to card and digital payments Performs monitoring and analysis of Issuing and Acquiring transactions;

• Processes dispute transactions;

• Provides second-line support for incoming inquiries;

• Prepares regular reports for submission to the relevant institution;

• Participates in the entire cycle of implementing projects together with Visa and Mastercard, related to card operations and services which include:

• Coordination of the project between all participants - external providers, International Card Schemes and internal teams;

• Participation in implementing changes in Bank for card products as well as updating the internal rules and procedures;

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in the card payment industry

• Strong knowledge of payment card products, services, and industry trends

• Excellent level of English

• Excellent negotiation, presentation and sales skills and results driven attitude

• Prioritization & task management skills
