Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cisco Voice & Collaboration Engineer to join our Workplace Services team. You will design, implement, manage, and support voice and collaboration solutions across a complex global environment, working with Cisco Unified Communications, Webex, CUBE, SIP/PSTN, and related network technologies. You will take ownership of complex technical challenges while continuously improving the reliability, security, and performance of our communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Cisco Webex (Teams, Meetings, and Calling), ensuring reliable and high-performing collaboration services.
• Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications environments, including CUBE, voice gateways, and Cisco ISR/C8XXX platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot PSTN connectivity, SIP trunking, voice/video protocols, codecs, and signaling technologies.
• Analyze and resolve complex voice, video, collaboration, and network-related issues, ensuring service availability and user satisfaction.
• Support the underlying network infrastructure for collaboration services, including IP networking, NAT, routing, DNS, and DHCP.
• Deliver deployments, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvements of communication solutions in a global enterprise environment.
• Contribute to projects and technology roadmaps while collaborating with global IT teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors and maintaining relevant technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a comparable qualification/practical experience.
• Several years of professional experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Voice Engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco Webex (Teams, Meetings, Calling) and Cisco Unified Communications technologies.
• Solid experience with CUBE, PSTN connectivity, SIP trunking, voice gateways, and voice/video protocols and codecs.
• Good understanding of IP networking, NAT, routing, DNS, and DHCP, ideally combined with experience with Cisco ISR and C8XXX devices.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex communication and connectivity issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with fluent written and spoken English.
