SECTION II. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE This role is responsible for the d esign and manage the digital experience solutions . He/she has a very good and deep knowledge of IT systems that are best of breed to support the business process execution. He/she deploys this solution as specific project or support the IT Center of Excellence Manager in identifying and deploying projects or part of the projects thanks to the very good knowledge of both IT tools and business processes. He/she works on analysis and implementation of Applications related to specific business areas with focus on Sales, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources and Legal. He/she will liaise both with IT department and business in order to track and follow-on projects. The candidate is also the applications reference person for related business. SECTION III. Key Result Areas

• IT Adaption & Effectiveness

• Driving Availability, Effectiveness and Adaption of corporate websites and mobile applications and digital solutions.

• Ensure effective functional and technical support in line with defined SLA/KPI.

• Manage websites/apps enhancements, new features, integrations and digital transformation initiatives.

• Key Point of Contact for operation support and release management for websites/apps and digital solutions.

• Establish governance for content management, application support, incident and change request.

• Enablement of / Alignment with Business Processes

• Work with business stakeholders and Digital Experience COE lead to identify, plan, implement and maintain business enablers using digital applications/solutions.

• Understand existing business practices and suggest changes to technology-enabled best practices in the space of customer experience.

• Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across regions.

• IT Innovation / Awareness

• Keep up with the fast-paced changes in the digital solutions/innovations space, Stay up to date with new technologies and products.

• Educate the business on the value of driving digital adaption internally as well eternally in all customer-facing applications/solutions.

• Hands-on experience in managing the software development activities involving requirement gathering, development of functional specifications, development & final rollout.
• Experience managing external vendors and development partners.
