Job Purpose

Lead advanced research, studies, and consulting to drive technology planning and development across artificial intelligence, data science, enterprise systems, and digital channels. Shape and support RTA’s digital and AI strategies by designing frameworks, solutions, and governance structures that align with Dubai’s innovation vision. Enhance integrated digital operations, data intelligence capabilities, and the quality of digital services, fostering sustainable transformation and maintaining global best practices and technical excellence across RTA.

Roles And Responsibilities

Strategy

• Guide the development, review, and execution of digital and AI strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, integrated digital operations, and global technology trends.
• Design and maintain policies, frameworks, and technology standards governing AI, data intelligence, and enterprise systems to uphold ethical, secure, and high-quality practices.
• Contribute to optimizing operational models, organizational structures, and technical governance to achieve maturity and performance excellence.

Operations

• Conduct in-depth research, studies, and benchmarking to identify, assess, and recommend modern technologies and best practices for RTA agencies.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of roadmaps for technical systems, supporting seamless integration, optimization, and high-quality digital service delivery.
• Provide consultations to internal and externalstakeholders on digital mobility, Nol systems, automated collection solutions, and emerging digital services.
• Support the preparation of business plans and budget recommendations for technology initiatives, collaborating with sector and agency leaders.

Product/Process Improvement

• Evaluate the maturity, quality, and benefits of implemented digital solutions, submitting recommendations to continuously enhance business outcomes and data- driven intelligence.
• Analyze the performance and maturity of work systems in the Corporate Technology Support Services sector and propose plans to strengthen capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Advance human resource and capacity-building efforts through training, skills assessments, and knowledge-sharing programs that support digital operations.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

• Education –Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, information systems, digital transformation, AI
• Experience – 12+ years in case of master’s degree (14+ years in case of bachelor’s degree) in related area
