About the role

Analyze and design work systems by gathering business requirements from users and converting them into appropriate system development guidelines. Design workflows, databases, UX/UI and prepare documentation for system development. Develop, test, improve and maintain applications, web applications and ERP systems to support organizational operations. Plan, control and monitor the progress of system development projects while coordinating with users and development teams. Analyze and resolve system issues and propose approaches to improve work performance. Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Study and present new technologies or solutions to enhance organizational processes. Prepare user manuals, system documentation and conduct user training for efficient system usage. Coordinate and control the work of service providers or external development teams, including monitoring service quality. Provide consultation and support for resolving information system issues for internal users.

About you

• Strong .NET Core Developer
• Experienced Full Stack Developer (React.js / Next.js / Node.js / .NET Core)
• AI-Assisted Development (Claude Code, Codex)
• Complex Problem Solving Skills
• Experience with Local AI / Enterprise AI Solutions is a Plus
