Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fiber Engineer with strong expertise in Aramis, F1/F2 network design, FTTP, and FTTH projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecom fiber network planning and design, excellent drafting/documentation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fiber network solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop fiber network solutions for FTTP (Fiber to the Premises) and FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects.
• Work on F1 and F2 fiber network planning, routing, and optimization.
• Utilize Aramis for fiber network design, planning, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain fiber network drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform network feasibility studies and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, GIS, and project teams for successful project execution.
• Review and validate network designs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support implementation teams by providing design clarifications and technical guidance.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Aramis.
• Strong knowledge of F1/F2 network architecture.
• Experience in FTTP and FTTH network design.
• Good drafting and technical documentation skills.
• Understanding of telecom fiber infrastructure and network planning.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and fiber design standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 28+ years of experience in fiber network engineering/design.
• Experience working on telecom infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to GIS or fiber design tools is an added advantage.
