Expert in the area of process excellence accounting – indirect taxes SAP S/4

All legal entities of Bosch will be migrated from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4. These projects will be rolled out per legal entity. In the project, gaps between the SAP S/4 template and the requirements of the legal entity are identified (these gaps have to be closed by the project SAP S/4 design and build).

Part of the project is the migration of the tax processes (book to report, invoice to pay and book to cash) regarding new and existing processes.

Tasks:

• Roll-out of solutions in SAP S/4 processes related to indirect taxes (mainly B2R (book to report) and B2C (book to cash))

• Tax code analysis and mapping

• Development sessions (Azzure Board – F2S sessions)

• Responsible for general tax customizing requirements

• Responsible for the migration preparation (initial load and go live)

• Initiation of tax code creation and mapping loads on PHL (central system SAP S/4 at Bosch). For this, standardized tax code file have to be completed.

• Execution of check report account for attribute “Tax Category” and cleansing of data in SAP R3 where applicable

• Error log handling

• Test case coordination & tracking (not scoping)

• Key-User training

• Authorizations/roles on systems landscape

• Explanation on system landscape (integration test and user acceptance test explanation)

• Within the development phase: basic enabling as well as deep dive for standard processes/tools (e.g., ACR, Vertex, Tax Ledger)

• Training on operational processing and country-specific developments

• Implementation of the tax tool Vertex

• Adjustment of tool “tax compliance enabling” (TCE) to SAP S/4
