Overview of the Role

As a Project Management & Quality Tools Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing project delivery and quality management within HCLTech’s operations in Morocco. Your expertise will drive the standardization and optimization of methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are executed with precision and aligned to global best practices. Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies and quality tools across multiple projects.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to established quality standards and practices, facilitating successful project delivery.
• Manage and oversee project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNow) for project tracking, incident management, and process automation.
• Conduct quality audits and assessments, recommending corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Provide expert guidance and training on ITIL practices and quality management tools.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, quality tools, and methodologies.
• Proven expertise in project management and quality assurance within IT services.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow (SNow) platform for project and incident management.
• ITIL certification is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
