EXPERT PATTERN MAKER (CAD – GERBER OR TUKATECH EXPERT)

We are seeking a meticulous and visionary Pattern Maker specializing in Made-to-Measure (MTM) Suits and Shirts. If you possess a deep understanding of human anatomy, a passion for traditional tailoring, and the technical skill to translate unique body measurements into flawless garments, we want you on our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DRAFT & DEVELOP

Create precise patterns for bespoke and MTM men’s/women’s tailoring (jackets, trousers, waistcoats, and shirts).

TECHNICAL ADJUSTMENT

Analyze client measurement profiles to perform advanced pattern manipulations for non-standard figures.

COLLABORATION

Work closely with tailors and fitters to ensure design intent and functional comfort are perfectly balanced.

QUALITY CONTROL

Review finished prototypes and production pieces for fit accuracy and construction integrity.

INNOVATION

Stay updated on CAD – Gerber or Tukatech tailoring software and traditional drafting techniques to optimize our production workflow.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE

5+ years in high-end tailoring, MTM, or luxury menswear.

TECHNICAL MASTER

Expert knowledge of pattern drafting and using existing blocks (manual or CAD/CAM), CAD – Gerber or Tukatech and garment construction.

EYES WITH PRECISION

How fabric drapes and moves on a three-dimensional body and a mentality with obsessive attention to detail.

COMMUNICATION

The ability to articulate technical fit issues to both the production team and front-of-house consultants.
